Quitter never wins!"

Malaysia
Damn, I saw lots of issues about Malaysia lately.
Namewee (黄明志)wanna shoot a film called "One Malaysia". But unfortunately, failed.
Some articles showed increasing numbers of people migrating to other countries.
Some political video about some complicated political issues.
Speechless...I am now studying in Australia, and honestly, I don't wanna go back and work in Malaysia. Youngster nowadays will try their best to get the hell out of Malaysia to study and never come back. Some came back, to live in Malaysia, and work in Singapore. Isn't this absurd?
What the hell is wrong about Malaysia? Why talented and skilled workers are moving from Malaysia?
This is an easy answer for everyone who are from Malaysia.
Malaysia is a good place to live, but not one to work, or perhaps not for business too.
If you wish to do big business in Malaysia, the first things you need to do, get hell lotsa money and prepare to spend it on some Malays who got high influences in the government sector.
The more you made them happy, the more money you made. And the less you will get troubles from them.
My father worked honestly as an architect. He honestly paid his tax every year. He honestly set up his small company and be his own little boss. But he forgot to do one thing. To bribe the fucking government. Yea, you didn't read it wrongly, I wrote, The Fucking Government.
I heard this story from my mother when I accompany my father and mother to work. My father drove into a place starts with the Letter "J". I don't wish to put out the full name as I am pissed off whenever I bring this matter up.
Alright, me and my mother waited in the car for my father is going to pass up some documents.
We chat a little, then I couldn't help notice all those cars around us were those big Toyota Pajero. Then I saw two Malays smiling, and hop on into one of those Pajero. Then I turned my attention to the briefcase they were taking.
Alright, I asked my mother, what do they do in this working hours driving off in a huge pajero smiling with those briefcase? My mother replied: "ah, someone will be devastated as they are off checking companies which didn't pay their tax."
I asked again, how come you are so sure about it? My mother replied: "Your father's company experience it once when you were young."
My expression was like : WTF?!
I asked again, you all always pay the tax honestly, and why the hell did they go check on father's company?
My mother replied, you can't do anything when they have the power to check on you. I won't forget that day, even until today, the memories still run fresh in my mind.
That day they came into your father's office with the same size briefcase they carried just now, and demanded your father to take out all the documents for them to check. They made a big mess in your father's office, papers being thrown everywhere. And in the end, they accused us for not paying some amount of tax and charged us for RM20k.
Me and your father couldn't sleep for a week. We are so angry and upset. We pay the tax honestly and yet they accused us with the power they got and took the money away from us. 20k is a big amount for me and your father during that time, especially when we are facing difficult times having three children to feed.
I am pissed off during that time. And I learned that Life Isn't fair at all. I swear, I will get the hell out of this country.
I got to Australia to further my studies, I worked as a part time to relieve my parents' burden. As I am not good enough to get a scholarship. (that is what they told me. LOL!)
I successfully got a job in a fine dining restaurant. The paid is normal, but I can get tips, the food is fantastic there, the coworkers are good over there, the supervisor is a jerk. The boss is a bigger jerk. But anyway I still worked there for 5 months.
You all must be curious why I am telling about my part time job. Wait a minutes, it related to Malaysia government.
One particular day, the restaurant got a big booking. A table for 12 people. Good for boss, bad for us. Alright, the people came, they are Malays, they sat down looked to the menu, and I can't help notice the way they speak and the way they dressed. They are definitely from Malaysia.
Not a big deal. Maybe they lived in Australia and wanna have a good meal once in a blue moon. So I helped to serve that table of 12 people.
Honestly, I thought maybe who are having birthdays or maybe special occasion. Because it is really rare for me to see Malays in the restaurant. I worked there for 5 months, I only met Malay customers twice. FYI, both is the same person. The second times, he brought more people and booked half the restaurant down...zzzzz
Alright, for the first time, I thought they are having special occasion. And I served them with fake smiling faces. ( I am really dead tired working)
Then when I am serving them water, I overheard the father tell her daughter "Awak cakap nak makan di sini, now we are here, you can order anything you want. Are you happy now my dear?"
(This is originally how he speaks to his daughter)
I immediately think "WOW! I hope they give me more tips!"
Not until after they left, we started to discuss about them, and from others coworkers, only I knew they are from Malaysia, and seems like they are here for business.
I didn't think much about it after that. But when I am taking the train home, I started to think, WHY THE HELL DID HE BRING HIS WHOLE FAMILY HERE FOR BUSINESS??!!
The second times when they revisited the restaurant, the guy booked down half of the restaurant and invited 30++ Malays, one Caucasian and one Chinese if I am not mistaken. They are divided into 2 groups. A few of us, including me are given orders to serve them.
During the time when I served them, I just notice there are only 5 people in a corner discussing about some business. The rest are there to have fun.....zzzzz
Maybe I am wrong, but I believed, the 5 people including the Chinese and Caucasian are discussing about some business. The rests are their family members...zzzz (I think the Chinese and Caucasian didn't bring his family)
What the hell......they are from Malaysia, come to Australia for business, and they bought their family here. I think this is a trip more than a business.
I didn't give much thought about this issues until don't know who give me the information about some Malays who worked for government, go for a business trip, brought his family along, and claimed every penny they spent from the government. And of course, the government is stupid enough to provide them the subsidy.
When I linked both cases together, only I realized they are doing the same thing..
There are lots of things happening in Malaysia, which is really unequally treated to the Chinese and Indian in Malaysia. I wish Malaysia will be better in the future, as it is still the country I grown up.
By the way, I wrote this not because I hate Malays, I like them. In fact, there are a lot of kind and friendly Malays I knew. But it is those who have the power and misuse them that I look down upon.

The new Lawn Mower
My girl just got a new powerful lawn mower, cost her AUD $400.. Pretty expensive but very useful.
We both have been looking around for cheap lawn mower and we really didn't really know a lot about buying good lawn mower. We thought of buying a cheaper mower online, which don't really look powerful enough.
But this one, which we bought from a shop, looked convincing and tough. So we got it right away.
Looked pretty tough huh? I am very happy with this machine. Safe us hell lots of time!
Below I will show you some pictures on how this powerful machine works!
BEFORE
AFTER
It took me just 15minutes to get this land done. Cool!
This picture below showed the "production" of the lawn mower. It looked just like a cow that vomited what it ate =.=
I had never used one mower in my life! but it is really fun, and horribly noisy..haha! Good experience!
By the way, those small insects and snails, it will all be smashed and mixed up...so probably, what you saw above is a mixture of mashed spiders+broken pieces of snails shell+mashed snails corpse+whole lotsa mashed small insects.
It is a little cruel..but I do save all that I could! The dead one, I chanted some prayers and hope you will have a better afterlife. Peace.

Small story, big inspiration
The story starts this way:
A big group of small frogs is playing around, not far away, they saw a very high mountain. One of the frogs came up with this idea of jumping to the highest point of the mountain so that they can have a beautiful view of the land down there.
Every frogs agree. They started their journey.
Gradually, the frog who suggested this journey started to slow down as it is extremely exhausted from all the jumping. So it stops and think to itself, "Why am I so stupid to come up with the idea of jumping to the top of the mountain? It is so tiring." So, the frog stop.
After a little while, the second frogs stop, thinking the same, and start to discuss with the third frogs about themselves being so silly to think of jumping to the highest point of the mountain.
So not long, all of the frogs stop their journey, EXCEPT for one tiny little frog.
The whole group of frogs witness the little frog jumps a little by little until it can nowhere to be seen.
Eventually, when the little frog successfully got to the top and come back down to describe what it saw on top of the mountain. Every frog got curious and ask the little frog why it got the strength and will to jump to the top of the mountain???
And to their horror! The tiny frog can't hear a thing. The tiny frog is deaf. He saw the crowd starts the journey, so he might as well follow. When the crowd started to question about their silly behavior, then they start to stop down, and tell the other frog not to be silly, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get to the top.
But the tiny frog didn't hear a thing. It just keep jumping, jumping till it reached it destination.
This story gives me an inspiration. You see in our life, we always tell ourselves, I want to do this. I want to do that. I want to do all these...Blablabla..
And yet, we always questioned about our own decisions.
"Am I doing the right things?" "Did I make the right decisions"
And eventually, people will have lots of opinions with your decisions. For examples, if you decide to open a fast-food fish and chips chain stores in Malaysia, others people will start to say about: "AIYAH! there are lots of mamak, KFC, McD, and food restaurants, why the hell would you go and start a fast-food fish and chips chain stores??? It is impossible to be successful in this business."
Bull-shit! See how George, the founder of Manhattan Fish Market in Malaysia? See how he build up his empire with FAITH?
He started his business with nothing, he asked a bunch of friends whether anyone want to join his ventures in creating this business. Only one, supported his ideas and make their way through! The others who criticized his behaviors, are those losers who never win.
Have faith in yourself. Believe in what you are and what you are doing.
I think everyone know Arnold Schwarzenegger. He is an immigrant from other countries. Before he went to America to start his movie business, he was criticized by almost everyone. They said this CAN'T be done.
"Schwarzer--nizzzer? come on, a name like this can't be a movie star!"
"No way Arnold, you got the accent of an immigrant, you can't make it."
But he didn't listen to even one comment that those people made. Eventually, he made it. He is the highest paid actor, got incredibly famous!
Just because he ignored the phrase "It can't be done!"
In the book "Think and Grow Rich", the first two steps is to have the desire, and the faith.
Arnold, has the desire to make it big in the movie business, and he also has the faith to continue despite of all the criticism.
George, the founder of Manhattan Fish Market, also have the desire to open fast-food chain store, and has the faith that he will be success.
If you don't have the desire, and even if you have, but you don't have faith. You will only see "success" fading away from you.
Believe in yourself, and never lose Faith.

Using Yin and Yang to Read the Face
One of the 1st things to do when we read a face is see how well-balanced it is in terms of Yin and Yang. Is there symmetry between the Mountains and the Valleys of the face?

The Mountains are the hard, sharp, and stable parts of the face, and we call them the Yang areas.
The Valleys, or the soft, fluid, rounded, and changing components of the face, are the Yin areas.
Therefore, the hard bone structures such as the forehead, brow bones, cheek-bones, chin, and jaws are Yang. The softer features such as the ears and nose, the tissue areas such as those padding the cheeks and chin and nose tip; and the mouth and the eyes, which are soft and fluid, all are Yin features.
Let me give you an example of a famous person with a predominantly Yin face.

This is Renee Zellweger, who has plump, soft lips and a fullness around her eyes and her upper eyelids. Her cheeks and round chin also appear supple, as though they have a little padding over the bone.
Others characters such as Marilyn Monroe & Oprah Winfrey also have soft Yin face features. You can try google it out and check on their pictures.
Now we take a look at an example of a Yang face feature
This is Lance Armstrong. He has his long, hard nose; wide, thin mouth; high cheekbones; strong, hard chin; and strong brow bones.
Another examples of Yang face will be Arnold Schwarzenegger, but he has a bit more fleshly face than Lance Armstrong.
How about a combination of Yin and Yang faces?? I will show you one below:

This is James Gandolfini, the star of The Sopranos. He has a soft, wide Yin nose; thin lips that are sharp and Yang; Yin padding on his cheeks; a full chin; a high, "hard" Yang forehead with prominent brow bones; and Yang ears with hard cartilage. He is an interesting balance of energies of Yin and Yang, as so many of us are!
Yin and Yang are always changing, just as our faces change many times and ways throughout our lives. Have you seen old photographs of people you know and yet not recognised them? As we mature, some features such as our nose may lengthen and widen while other features such as our mouth and eyes might shrink or sink.
Stress and grief may temporarily cause our entire face to sag and wrinkle or turn ashen. And great happiness gives us a glow and literally perks up and plumps out our features.
Just now long ago, my girlfriend and her sister meet up with their cousins around Melbourne and had dinner together, suddenly one of their cousin quietly pull my gf's sister aside and ask "Why your sister is getting prettier?". Well, if a person who is constantly in great and happy mood, the Yin and Yang of their face will certainly change!
People might have ask if the ideal face is a perfectly balanced symmetrical face. The answer, of course, is only if you are striving for a perfectly balanced life of mind, body and spirit. On the other hand, complete balance is not ideal for everyone.
The more Yang you have, the more of a doer you are, out there in the world leading, pushing the boundaries, getting things done.
The more Yin you have, the more inward, more imaginative and contemplative, with the gift to think things through before acting.
