Small story, big inspiration

The story starts this way:

A big group of small frogs is playing around, not far away, they saw a very high mountain. One of the frogs came up with this idea of jumping to the highest point of the mountain so that they can have a beautiful view of the land down there.

Every frogs agree. They started their journey.

Gradually, the frog who suggested this journey started to slow down as it is extremely exhausted from all the jumping. So it stops and think to itself, "Why am I so stupid to come up with the idea of jumping to the top of the mountain? It is so tiring." So, the frog stop.

After a little while, the second frogs stop, thinking the same, and start to discuss with the third frogs about themselves being so silly to think of jumping to the highest point of the mountain.

So not long, all of the frogs stop their journey, EXCEPT for one tiny little frog.

The whole group of frogs witness the little frog jumps a little by little until it can nowhere to be seen.

Eventually, when the little frog successfully got to the top and come back down to describe what it saw on top of the mountain. Every frog got curious and ask the little frog why it got the strength and will to jump to the top of the mountain???

And to their horror! The tiny frog can't hear a thing. The tiny frog is deaf. He saw the crowd starts the journey, so he might as well follow. When the crowd started to question about their silly behavior, then they start to stop down, and tell the other frog not to be silly, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get to the top.

But the tiny frog didn't hear a thing. It just keep jumping, jumping till it reached it destination.

This story gives me an inspiration. You see in our life, we always tell ourselves, I want to do this. I want to do that. I want to do all these...Blablabla..
And yet, we always questioned about our own decisions.

"Am I doing the right things?" "Did I make the right decisions"

And eventually, people will have lots of opinions with your decisions. For examples, if you decide to open a fast-food fish and chips chain stores in Malaysia, others people will start to say about: "AIYAH! there are lots of mamak, KFC, McD, and food restaurants, why the hell would you go and start a fast-food fish and chips chain stores??? It is impossible to be successful in this business."

Bull-shit! See how George, the founder of Manhattan Fish Market in Malaysia? See how he build up his empire with FAITH?
He started his business with nothing, he asked a bunch of friends whether anyone want to join his ventures in creating this business. Only one, supported his ideas and make their way through! The others who criticized his behaviors, are those losers who never win.

Have faith in yourself. Believe in what you are and what you are doing.

I think everyone know Arnold Schwarzenegger. He is an immigrant from other countries. Before he went to America to start his movie business, he was criticized by almost everyone. They said this CAN'T be done.

"Schwarzer--nizzzer? come on, a name like this can't be a movie star!"
"No way Arnold, you got the accent of an immigrant, you can't make it."

But he didn't listen to even one comment that those people made. Eventually, he made it. He is the highest paid actor, got incredibly famous!
Just because he ignored the phrase "It can't be done!"

In the book "Think and Grow Rich", the first two steps is to have the desire, and the faith.
Arnold, has the desire to make it big in the movie business, and he also has the faith to continue despite of all the criticism.
George, the founder of Manhattan Fish Market, also have the desire to open fast-food chain store, and has the faith that he will be success.

If you don't have the desire, and even if you have, but you don't have faith. You will only see "success" fading away from you.

Believe in yourself, and never lose Faith.
